1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the "IrooniKoo" application, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
The App is a platform for discovering Iranian businesses worldwide on a map, leaving reviews and ratings, and publishing job postings. The App may also display banner ads for businesses.

3. Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
- Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email; you are responsible for keeping your email account secure.
- Information you provide when creating your account or completing your profile must be accurate and your own.
- Each person may maintain only one account.

4. User Content and Content Rules
Content you create (business listings, job postings, reviews) belongs to you, but by publishing it you grant us permission to display it publicly in the App. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Offensive, threatening, hateful, obscene, or harassing content.
- False or misleading information, or impersonation of others.
- Fake or duplicate listings, or listings intended for fraud.
- Illegal goods or services, spam, or unsolicited advertising.
- Content that infringes others' intellectual property.

5. Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking (Zero Tolerance)
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users:
- Every business listing is reviewed and approved by our admin team before it appears publicly; edit requests are reviewed the same way.
- Throughout the App you can flag any review, business, or job post using the "Report" option; reports are reviewed promptly (typically within 24 hours) and violating content is removed.
- You can block any user so their content is no longer shown to you.
- We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend offending accounts without prior notice.

6. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must be based on your genuine experience with the business. Fake, paid, or malicious reviews are prohibited.

7. Job Postings
Postings must describe a genuine, lawful job opportunity. The poster is responsible for the accuracy of salary, working conditions, and employer identity. We are not an employment agency and are not a party to any agreement between employers and applicants.

8. Advertising and Transactions
Ads shown in the App promote businesses. Any transaction or interaction you have with a business is strictly between you and that business; we are not a party to it.

9. Prohibited Conduct
- Sending spam or fraudulent content.
- Automated scraping of the App's data without permission.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Any activity that violates applicable law.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Business information, addresses, and locations are supplied by users or mapping services and may be incomplete or outdated. The App is provided "as is"; we accept no liability for damages resulting from reliance on this information.

11. Suspension and Account Deletion
If you violate these terms, we may remove or suspend your account, listings, or postings without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section.

12. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may modify the service or these terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
